This time it was hanna which was inserted in this episode.
So far the only unused track from the first O.S.T. is bless, and since it’s the final track of the album I guess it will be used as the ending song of the final episode.

The song von, which can be seen as the central track of the first O.S.T., was used in this episode which by the way received highly rated comments from viewers!
von was inserted during more than 5 minutes in a really moving scene, and the other BGM tracks of this episode are all tracks I hope to see in the second O.S.T.!
Only 2 episodes left!
A new episode aired this week and contains absolutely no track from the O.S.T. 1!
Actually there are some similar tracks like the song 22 used with less instruments and an absolutely awesome alternative version of Ess beginning with an acoustic guitar (Ess is one of my favorite O.S.T. 1 track).
Only 3 more episodes to go!
A few new pieces of music were inserted in this breathtaking episode!
And still no trace of most of the first OST tracks such as von, ess, hanna, 22, lev low, ili lolol or bless…
But that’s not unusual for Yoko Kanno’s projects and these pieces of music may actually not be used at all (although I’m pretty sure ili lolol and bless will be used in the last episodes).
Today is the release day of the first O.S.T. of Terror in Resonance.
It was actually already out yesterday in some places in Japan, I was able to buy one copy and I can tell this album is awesome!
There’s a bag with the limited edition, but the interesting stuff is on the CD.
The cover is actually composed of 3 separate transparent layers, and the booklet is quite special too. It contains pretty long descriptions for each song, as well as Japanese translations of the different songs lyrics. I can’t promise anything, but I’ll try to translate the notes someday.
For those wondering if this high resolution (96kHz/24bits) CD is playable anywhere, it is. But you need a special and expensive player to play it in HD.
You can purchase this album on Amazon Japan or CD Japan.
Or you can buy just the music files on the website mora in normal or HD quality, and also on iTunes Japan.
I’m now waiting for the O.S.T. 2 announcement…
